New appointments

CSIRO Land and Water Chief Dr Rob Vertessy has announced two appointments as part of the process of establishing a new Divisional Executive Team.

Dr James Bradfield Moody commences as General Manager, Business Development and Commercialisation, having come from the private sector where he has been active in the space technology and spatial data industries.

Dr Stuart Minchin takes up the position of Research Director, Environmental Sensing, Prediction and Reporting. He has strong interests in the water resource management area and the modelling of environmental data.

Both Drs Moody and Minchin are based in Canberra. They join a strong executive team including:
