Land and Water Link
December 2004
Guiding global development
As part of a commitment to help fight global poverty,
CSIRO Land and Water is a partner in two global Internet portals that
promote sustainable development by sharing knowledge: the Australian Development
Gateway, which delivers practical development expertise to people in the
Asia-Pacific region; and the Development Gateway’s Water Resources
Management topic website.
Development Gateway websites host a wealth of free resources
including case studies, reports, toolkits and publications. They also
have information about job and business opportunities, and contacts for
people and organisations working in development.
Contributions addressing water resource management issues
in the developing world are welcome.
